Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)

It is full time two-years regular degree course under MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. State Govt. conduct common entrance test for this course under the supervision of external examiners and observers.

Course Objective :

The major objective of B.Ed. Course is to develop positive attitude towards the teaching experience, develop personal, professional and social competencies required in guiding children and solving their personal and academic problems, understanding about the role of school and teacher as agents of social change, national integration and scientific temper.

Bechelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.) :

B.EL.ED. is an exciting four-year integrated professional degree programme for traning teachers at the elementary school level.

Course Objective :

Foundation Courses: These courses are designed to enable students to make an in-depth study of child development concepts and perspectives in education, the context in which the education of the child is situated, processes and techniques of social organisation; various issues related to elementary education and to develop skills on communicating and relating.

Core Courses: Core courses offer the prospective teacher the opportunity to reconstruct concepts learnt in school and to integrate them within a multi-disciplinary perspective.

Pedagogy Courses: Courses in pedagogy are designed to help develop core teaching skills specific to the teaching of young children. This includes developing perspectives in pedagogy and techniques related to specific knowledge areas.

Common Entrance Examination (CEE-B.EI. Ed.) conducted by the State University, comprising a written test for the B.EI.Ed programme.
